[watching] Natural light cinema

I am getting heartily sick of this natural light photography in films and TV.
It ruined Solo and I found it very very annoying in Keeping Faith.
Part of the problem is that filming tends to be done very early or very late, and very early is very grey and both are very contrasted lighting, even if it's very warm in the evening.
The other problem is that our brain processes vision greatly, so we don't ever see lighting objectively but process it. On a screen/TV we don't/can't do that, so it is.. we what's the term.. oh yes.. crap.
